Returns Eligibility

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our resin-bound Pebble Pots, we currently only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged or defective

• The wrong item was received

• There was an issue with delivery (e.g., lost in transit)

To be eligible for a return or refund:

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging

How to Request a Return or Refund

• Email us at info@devineresin.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product if it arrived damaged or incorrect

• Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item (if required) or process a replacement/refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Items returned after 14 days

• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs.

• In other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
